3.1 Account Creation

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any M3U or Xtream codes. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3.3 Account Restrictions

Each account is for the personal use of the subscriber and members of their household only. Accounts may not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party. Each household is limited to one risk-free subscription account. We reserve the right to verify account usage and take action against accounts that violate these restrictions.

4.1 Plans and Pricing

IPTV USA Canada offers three subscription plans: Silver (1 device), Gold (2 devices), and Diamond (3 devices). All plans include the same channel lineup, VOD library, and feature set. Subscription periods are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month durations. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) for United States customers and Canadian Dollars (CAD) for Canadian customers. 4.2 Payment and Activation

Subscriptions are activated upon successful payment processing. Login credentials are delivered to the email address provided during purchase. Activation is typically completed within minutes. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

4.3 Subscribe Now

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with full access to the Service. The trial does not require payment information. Trial accounts are limited to one per household. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the risk-free subscription offer at any time without notice.

4.4 Renewal and Expiration

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription period ends, your access to the Service will be suspended until a new subscription is purchased. We send reminder notifications before your subscription expires to allow timely renewal.

4.5 Refund Policy

All subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days, contact our support team at support@iptvuscanada.com for a full refund. Refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Requests made after the 30-day period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions. New pricing applies only to new purchases and renewals made after the change takes effect.

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for the following purposes:

• Personal, non-commercial television viewing
• Accessing live channels and VOD content within the Service
• Using the Service on the number of devices permitted by your plan
• Using compatible third-party IPTV player applications to access the Service

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account credentials to any third party
• Record, download, copy, or redistribute any content streamed through the Service
• Use the Service for commercial, public exhibition, or broadcast purposes
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technical restrictions, access controls, or security measures
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Exceed the simultaneous device limit of your subscription plan
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, provincial, federal, or international law

8.1 Termination by User

You may stop using the Service at any time. Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, your access will automatically end when your current subscription period expires. There are no cancellation fees or early termination penalties.

8.2 Termination by IPTV USA Canada

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• Your account credentials are shared with or used by unauthorized third parties
• You engage in credential reselling or unauthorized redistribution
• We detect abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity on your account
• Payment for your subscription is not received, is reversed, or is disputed

In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification provisions.
