Editorial Team

Our team of IPTV specialists has been testing, evaluating, and reviewing streaming services since 2019. Every recommendation on IPTV USA Canada is backed by hands-on testing across real hardware and real network conditions.

Who We Are

We are a small, focused team of four based across the US and Canada. Each member brings a different specialization — from network engineering and device testing to technical writing and customer experience. Together, we cover every angle of the IPTV evaluation process.

Our work is independent. We purchase every IPTV subscription with our own funds, test on hardware we own and maintain, and never accept payment from providers for favorable reviews. When we recommend a service, it is because it passed our 30-day evaluation, not because someone paid for placement.

Our Testing Methodology

Every IPTV provider we evaluate goes through a structured 30-day testing process. No shortcuts, no skipped phases.

Phase 1

Day 1-3

Initial Setup & Configuration

We activate the service on five different devices simultaneously. We document setup difficulty, activation speed, app compatibility, and initial channel load. Any service that cannot be set up within 15 minutes on a standard device loses points.

Phase 2

Day 4-10

Channel & Content Audit

We verify the actual channel count against advertised numbers. We check EPG accuracy across US, Canadian, UK, and international channels. We spot-check VOD library size and confirm 4K channels are genuinely streaming in UHD, not upscaled 1080p.

Phase 3

Day 11-20

Performance Under Load

We run the service during peak hours (7-11 PM EST) and during major sporting events. We measure buffering frequency, channel-switching speed, and stream recovery after network interruptions. This phase reveals the true quality of a provider's server infrastructure.

Phase 4

Day 21-30

Reliability & Support

We monitor uptime continuously and contact customer support with common questions. We evaluate response time, knowledge level, and resolution quality. A provider that goes down during a UFC main event or takes 48 hours to respond to a support ticket gets flagged.
