Both methods connect your IPTV app to our servers, but they work differently. M3U URL is a single playlist link that contains all your channels. You paste it into your app and the channel list loads. It is simple but does not support advanced features like catch-up TV or EPG in all apps. Xtream Codes API uses three separate credentials — a server URL, username, and password — and unlocks the full feature set: live TV, VOD, series, catch-up TV, EPG, and favorites. We recommend Xtream Codes for the best experience. Both connection methods are included in every subscription.

After completing your subscription, you receive an email within 60 seconds containing everything you need to get started. The email includes: your Xtream Codes credentials (server URL, username, password), your M3U playlist URL, a direct portal URL (for MAG/Formuler devices), and links to our setup guides for every supported device. These credentials work on all devices and all IPTV apps. You can use the same credentials to set up multiple devices as long as you stay within your plan's simultaneous stream limit.

Fire Stick setup takes about 5 minutes. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options and enable 'Apps from Unknown Sources.' Then install the 'Downloader' app from the Amazon Appstore. Open Downloader, enter the URL for TiviMate (our recommended app), and install it. Launch TiviMate, select 'Add Playlist,' choose 'Xtream Codes,' and enter your server URL, username, and password. For Samsung TVs: open the Samsung App Store, search for 'IPTV Smarters Pro,' install it, select 'Login with Xtream Codes API,' and enter your credentials. For Android TVs (Sony, Hisense, TCL): open the Google Play Store, install TiviMate, and enter your Xtream Codes credentials. The EPG (Electronic Program Guide) shows current and upcoming programs for every channel, similar to a cable TV guide. With Xtream Codes login, the EPG loads automatically — no manual configuration needed. The guide covers 7 days of programming and updates itself throughout the day. In TiviMate, go to Settings > EPG to adjust the EPG refresh interval (we recommend every 12 hours). If you are using an M3U URL and the EPG does not load, you may need to add the EPG URL separately in your app's settings. The EPG URL is included in your subscription email alongside your other credentials.

Yes. You can install the IPTV app and enter your credentials on as many devices as you want. The restriction applies only to simultaneous streaming: Silver plan allows 1 stream at a time, Gold allows 2, and Diamond allows 3. For example, with a Gold plan you could have IPTV set up on your Fire Stick, Smart TV, phone, tablet, and laptop — but only 2 of those can stream at the same moment. There is no limit on the number of device installations. Use the same Xtream Codes credentials on every device.

Download IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV from the App Store (both are free). Open the app and select 'Xtream Codes API' login. Enter your server URL, username, and password from your subscription email. Your channels and VOD content load automatically. To watch on your TV, use AirPlay to cast from your iPhone/iPad to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible Smart TV. The apps support background audio, picture-in-picture mode, and offline favorites. MAG and Formuler devices use a portal URL instead of Xtream Codes or M3U. For MAG boxes: go to Settings > Servers > Portals, enter your portal URL (provided in your subscription email) in Portal 1 URL, save, and restart the device. Your channels load through the built-in STB Emulator. For Formuler devices: open MyTVOnline2, go to Settings > Add Server, enter your portal URL, and save. Formuler's MyTVOnline2 interface provides a polished experience with EPG, catch-up, and recording. Both MAG and Formuler devices connect to our servers automatically after entering the portal URL.

Favorites cannot be directly imported from another service because each provider uses different channel IDs. However, setting up favorites in your new IPTV app takes just a few minutes. In TiviMate, long-press any channel and select Add to Favorites. You can create custom groups like Sports, News, Movies, and Kids to organize channels the way you prefer.

EPG time issues are usually caused by incorrect timezone settings. In TiviMate, go to Settings > EPG > Time Shift and adjust to match your local timezone. In IPTV Smarters, check that your device timezone is set correctly under device Settings > Date & Time > Automatic Time Zone. Our EPG data is provided in UTC and apps convert to local time based on your device settings.
