5.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

- Use the Service for commercial, public exhibition, or broadcast purposes
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technical restrictions, access controls, or security measures

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by User
You may stop using the Service at any time. Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, your access will automatically end when your current subscription period expires. There are no cancellation fees or early termination penalties.
8.2 Termination by IPTV USA Canada
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- Your account credentials are shared with or used by unauthorized third parties
- You engage in credential reselling or unauthorized redistribution
- We detect abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity on your account
- Payment for your subscription is not received, is reversed, or is disputed
In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
